Refunds & turnaround
Turnaround time for each tune package is listed on its product page and starts once your intake and first datalog are received. If we haven't started work on your tune, you can request a full refund any time before your first delivered revision. Once a revision has been delivered, the package is considered in progress and isn't refundable — reach out and we'll work with you on any issue with the tune itself.
How-to guides
Pulling a datalog (Terminator X / X Max)
- Open the Holley EFI app or touchscreen and go to Data Logging.
- Start the log, then make your pull (idle, cruise, or full-throttle — whatever your tuner asked for).
- Stop the log immediately after the pull.
- Export the log as a .dl file to a USB drive or your laptop.
- Upload the .dl file to the vehicle in your Garage.
Loading a tune file
- Download the delivered tune file (.terx for Terminator X/X Max, .hefi for Dominator) from your vehicle page.
- Connect your laptop to the ECU via USB or the Holley EFI app's Bluetooth/WiFi connection.
- Open the file in the Holley software and write it to the ECU.
- Key the car off, wait a few seconds, then key back on before starting — this lets the new tune take effect cleanly.
